These terms and conditions ("Terms") are the terms based on which We sell the Products to you. Please read these Terms before ordering any Products.

These Terms may suffer changes at certain intervals as we have to comply will all the legal and regulatory provisions.

Ordering process. The orders made through our site represents an offer to us to buy the product. All orders are subject to availability. Please note that the content on this Platform should not be considered as skincare medical advice or medical information. After the checkout is complete, we will send you an email confirming your order or in case the product is no longer available, we will contact you as soon as possible. In case the product is no longer available, you will not be charged for the Products. When you place an order, you have the option to checkout as a guest or to create a client account (“Account”). You are responsible for keeping the confidentiality of your Account information, including username, password and other information from your client profile. In case you become aware of any unauthorized or suspect use of your Account, you agree to notify us immediately at customercare@ebeness.com You agree that using this Platform you will not use it for any unlawful purpose, access or attempt to access other users’ Account or Platform’s security measures. You confirm that you are over 16 and you are the holder of a valid credit card or debit card. You agree that any Product you purchase is for your personal use and that you will not resell any Products.

Intellectual Property. EBENESS owns all intellectual property rights related to the website, such as the content, copyright design, trademarks rights in names, logos, designs, texts, data, photographs, illustration, software or have been granted all necessary licenses to use them. You may not use, copy, reproduce, duplicate, edit, republish, download, post, record any part of the Platform. As you have the option to personalize the Products, you are responsible for the text of your message and we accept no liability for the content. You cannot change the message once the order has been placed. For the bespoke products, make sure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients listed as options for the formulation. On the Platform, you can check the prices of the Products, prior to your checkout. We try to ensure that the prices shown on the Platform are accurate, but errors may occur. In case of an error, you will be contacted to cancel or confirm your purchase at the correct price. The total price of your order consists of the products price, delivery charges and VAT, if applicable. We accept payments via PayPal and Netopia mobilPay. All EBENESS made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged because of the custom configured nature of our products. Please check your products upon receiving them. In case you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Any dispute related to the content or use of this Platform is governed by Romanian laws and any disputes will be addressed to the courts within the jurisdiction of EBENESS. You agree that by using this site you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
